DIY projects to display your favorite photos

Get those photos off your computer.  Here are several DIY projects that will allow you to display photos of your treasured moments in style.  These also make great gifts.

Wow!  I really cherish the great photos I have of family and friends.  These photos bring back fantastic memories of happy times, momentous occasions, and  accomplishments.  My mom created beautiful albums filled with pictures of my brother, sister, and I growing up.  It is so much fun to look through these albums.  Even though many of these wonderful individuals are no longer around to be part of my life, it’s great to remember the important role they played in shaping who I am.

Looking through these albums is also a great way for me to share my family history with my son.  When he was born, I had the good intention of creating photo albums to chronicle his life.  I bought my first digital camera just before he was born.  In fact, I was reading the manual in the hospital waiting for his arrival.  This new digital capability was exciting and I was able to take a gazillion photos to ensure we captured the perfect moments.  The problem?   My son’s life is trapped on CD’s, flash drives, and hard drives. Do you face the same dilemma?  Read on!
